・The company will pay for your airfare from your country of residence to Japan. ⇒However, this does not apply to those who specify their preferred place of work.

∟For those who are new to working in Japan, Japanese language training is provided for the first month after joining the company. You will take classes on Japanese language, business manners, and daily life in Japan at a Japanese language school.

【Qualification allowance】

Basic Information Technology Engineer Examination: 10,000 yen/month
Project manager exam: 30,000 yen/month
Oracle Certified Java Programmer Examination: Silver 7,000 yen/month

If commuting is difficult, a "rental company housing system" is available and the company pays a portion of the rent. (20,000 to 30,000 per month for individuals)
