- Adeccoの新規事業である特定技能外国人のフォローおよび生活支援
- 外国人財躍動化に向けた教育プログラムならびにイベントの企画／運営

「外国人財の躍動化」を通じて、社会を変える。
【主な業務内容】登録支援サービス関連
- COE申請および在留資格変更許可申請前の事前ガイダンス
- 出入国する際の送迎
- 住居確保、銀行講座／携帯電話／各ライフラインの契約案内・手続きの補助
- 生活オリエンテーション（主にE-lerningの案内）
- 公的手続き等への同行
- 日本語学習機会の提供
- 相談・苦情の対応
- 日本人との交流促進（地域住民との交流や行事の案内、アデコ独自イベントの実行等）
- 転職支援（人員整理等の場合）
- 定期的な面談／行政への報告等
営業部門との連携（報告・連絡・相談）
■躍動化教育プログラムならびにイベント関連
- 日本語学習プログラムならびに分野別の技能向上プログラムの企画
- 各種レクリエーション企画（BBQ、スポーツ大会、婚活イベント、観光名所ツアー等）

- 日本語ビジネスレベル以上（社内用語は日本語です）

- スタッフフォローの経験のある方
【人材要件】
- 周りを巻き込んで事業を推進できる方

【勤務時間】9:00～17:30を主としたフルフレックス勤務
- 勤務・活動事業所：福岡エリア（出張対応もあり）
- 選考方法：書類審査、面接審査(1～２回)
