【職務概要】
顧客との打ち合わせから、企画、設計、工事監理まで一貫して携わる建築設計業務です。仕様が決められた物件以外は、顧客との打ち合せでご要望をヒアリングして設計を行いますので、自らの意見やデザインを物件に反映し易い環境です。
【職務詳細】
●業務の流れ
営業部から設計室に依頼。物件の内容に合わせて担当者を決定します。
→顧客との打ち合わせ、所管行政庁や審査機関等の協議を行います。
→物件の企画／基本設計／実施設計の流れで設計を行います。
→協力事務所への依頼、各種申請書類の作成、工事監理を行います。
