・人材開発・採用・社内イベント・各予算等の承認
・人事評価制度の運用および改善策の提言(日本本社へ)
・経理等の財務面の管理
・日本本社への各種レポーティング業務、日本本社の意向をベトナム法人内に伝える
・各部門と連携し、採用計画の策定や人事面でのサポートを実施
