【職務概要】
オフィスビル、工場、マンションなどの共同住宅の新築やリニューアル工事における意匠設計を担当します。
【職務詳細】
受注に向けたボリューム出しや計画案の作成、同社受注案件の意匠図の取りまとめをお任せします。
構造設計者、設備設計者、積算業務担当者とコンタクトを取りながら構造、設備図などの整合性をチェックし、建築設計全体をまとめる業務です。
