Job Description

  • 10+ years of experience with IFS and 5+ years of professional experience as a solutions architect (15+ years total IT experience)
  • At least 5 end-to-end implementation project experiences
  • Familiarity with IFS10 or above, preferably IFS10 (Aurena)/IFS Cloud.
  • Familiar with each IFS module (Finance, SCM, Maintenance, Sales & Service, Manufacturing, Projects, HR, etc.) and able to build solutions that integrate each module.
  • Be able to perform practical data/field mapping and gap analysis.
  • Define standard processes around existing customer business processes.
  • Can clearly understand and practice Requirement Gathering, AS IS and To Be Analysis, UAT and System Testing, Gap Analysis and Remediation.
  • Able to write functional specifications and test scripts.
  • Educational background: Graduated from the faculty of engineering.
  • Have basic knowledge of PL SQL, Permission Sets, Custom Fields, Data Migration and IFS Integration.
  • Possess English (business level) and Japanese (N1 level) skills necessary to communicate with clients and offshore teams.
  • IFS Lifecycle Experience
  • Problem-solving skills, customer communication skills, stakeholder management skills
  • Project management and customer management skills
  • Ability to travel within Japan and perform work at client sites according to project needs
  • Possess 10+ years of IFS experience and 5+ years of professional experience as a Solution Architect (Total 15+ years of IT experience)
  • Have experience of at least 5 end to end Implementation projects
  • Be well versed with IFS10 & above, preferably IFS 10 (Aurena) / IFS Cloud
  • Be well conversant across IFS modules i.e. Finance, SCM, Maintenance, Sales and Services, Manufacturing, Projects, HR etc. and possess ability to establish solution and integrate the same across modules
  • Be hands-on Data/Field Mapping and Gap Analysis
  • Be able to define standard process with respect to customer existing business process.
  • Have explicit understanding and hands on for Requirement Gathering, AS IS and To Be analysis, UAT and System testing, Gap Analysis and Fixes
  • Be capable of preparing Functional Specification and Test Scripts
  • Be an engineered graduate with an academic background.
  • Possess basic knowledge of PL SQL, Permission set, Custom fields, data migration, IFS Integration experience
  • Be well fluent in English (Business Proficiency) and Japanese language (Level N1) to communicate with customers and offshore teams
  • Have knowledge on IFS Life Cycle Experience
  • Possess problem solving attitude, good client communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Possess good project management and customer management skills
  • Be willing to travel within Japan and operate from customer location per project needs
