Job Description
- プロセスおよびソリューションの展開を成功させる。
- ソリューションの利用状況をモニタリングし、効果的な活用のために必要なサポートを提供する。
- リージョン/営業/中央/PDにおけるプロセス導入のため、ビジネスライン組織をサポートする。
- デリバリー組織と連携し、ソリューションの円滑な稼動を確保し、インシデントの解決とインシデントの防止に必要な改善を管理する。
- リージョン／セールス／セントラル／PDにおけるソリューションのサービスレベルを監視し、稼働時間を確保する。
- ROE（リージョナル・オペレーション・エキスパート）を含むリテール組織のステークホルダーと協働し、リージョン／セールス／セントラル／PDの効率を高めるための改善点を特定する。
- いすゞと協力し、ベストプラクティスのプロセスやソリューションをUDに導入する。
- ビジネスニーズに基づいてソリューションの変更要求を評価・定義し、関連組織と協力してこれらの変更を実施する。
- 車両販売エリアにおける新規開発プロジェクトの推進と協力、および実装のためのビジネス準備の確認
- 車両販売組織やその他のステークホルダーとの効果的なコミュニケーションを確立し、運用する。
- チームメンバーの役割と責任を明確にし、目標を設定し、パフォーマンスを評価する。
- チームメンバーのモチベーションを高め、育成する
- 定義された領域におけるプロセスとソリューションのトレーニング資料を作成する。
- トラック販売プロセスにおける情報フローと財務フローの管理
- プロセスのコンプライアンス評価をサポートし、特定された非確認事項の終結を管理する。
- BSPM、マネージャーと協力し、TSPの能力開発、余分なメンテナンスとCR、月末の問題処理などを行う。
- Ensure successful deployment of process and solutions Regions / Sales / Central / PD’s
- Monitor the usage of solutions and provide necessary support for effective utilization of solutions
- Support the business line organization to implement processes at Regions / Sales / Central / PD’s.
- Work with the delivery organizations to ensure smooth running of the solutions, manage resolution of incidents and improvements needed to prevent incidents
- Monitor the service levels and ensure uptime of solutions at Regions / Sales / Central / PD’s
- Collaborate with the stakeholders in Retail organization including ROEs (Regional Operation Expert) and identify improvement areas to increase efficiency at Regions / Sales / Central / PD’s
- Collaborate with Isuzu and bring in best practice process and solutions to UD
- Evaluate and define change requests on Solutions based on the business needs and work with the relevant organization to get these changes implemented
- Drive and collaborate on new development projects in vehicle sales area and ensure business readiness for implementation
- Establish and operate effective communication with the stakeholders in the vehicle sales organization and others
- Define clear roles and responsibilities of team members, set objectives and evaluate performance
- Motivate and develop the team members
- Develop training material for process and solution in the defined area
- Manage Information flow and Financial flow through truck sales process
- Support process compliance evaluation and manage closure of identified non-confirmities
- Cooperate with BSPM, Manager such as TSP competence dev., extra maintenance & CR, month end issue handling.

Required Skills
- 日本語能力（ネイティブレベル）
- 複数のステークホルダーと協働し、情報収集、合意形成ができるコミュニケーションスキル
- プロジェクトマネージャーまたはビジネスアナリストの経験（最低3年以上）
- 改善と革新への情熱、新技術の習得と導入への意欲
- 勤務地は上尾オフィス（埼玉県上尾市）※在宅勤務希望の方は要相談。
- 在宅勤務可能であれば尚可。
- 英語レベル： 英語での会話、読み書きが可能な方。
- 販売管理に関するプロジェクト経験
- 自動車業界での経験
- 日本市場のトラック販売業務に関する知識（顧客フォロー、見積、発注、登録、納車、配車、工程管理、財務など）
- アジャイルプロジェクトマネジメント経験
- マルチタスク能力とタイムプレッシャーへの対応能力
- Japanese language skills (native level)
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, gather information, and build consensus
- Experience as a project manager or business analyst (minimum 3 years)
- Passion for improvement and innovation and willingness to learn and implement new technologies
- Work is based out of our Ageo office (Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture) *Consultation required if you wish to work from home.
- Working from home is a plus.
- English level: Able to speak, read and write in English.
- Experience in projects related to sales management
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of Japanese market truck sales operations (customer follow-up, quotation, ordering, registration, delivery, vehicle allocation, process management, finance, etc.)
- Experience in agile project management
- Ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure.
