Infrastructure Engineer at Global Music Company Exclusive job

Job Summary and Role:

• Align infrastructure operations and service delivery with global strategies; plan and execute IT-BCP initiatives, including internal servers (e.g., AWS), external web/mail servers, network, and domain management.
• Enhance internal productivity and drive digital transformation (DX) through the use of SaaS solutions and groupware.
• Manage the operational processes of the IT Service Desk team and handle vendor management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive tasks linked to various IT projects and manage their progress.
• Execute tasks aimed at the stable operation of various systems related to infrastructure.
• Select and promote effective use of groupware among internal users (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, Zendesk).
• Facilitate smooth task progression in collaboration with the global IT team, company business units, and Company-IT headquarters.
• Manage critical services like web servers that interact externally and handle operational changes that occur daily
• Collaborate closely with the IT Service Desk to perform duties from a company-wide perspective.

• Actively keeps up with technology trends and continuously acquires globally-standardized IT knowledge.
• Possesses high communication skills to effectively work with supervisors, teammates, and stakeholders.
• Exhibits excellent self-management abilities, capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines, and promptly reporting to superiors when faced with challenges.
• Has knowledge and practical experience in infrastructure/network areas (TCP/IP, DNS, Web/Mail servers, etc.).
• Minimum of 5 years in an information systems department or a related business unit, with an understanding of appropriate conduct in an internal IT position.
