The Role

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring that transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies for annual audits and ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and tax regulations.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and evaluate the financial performance of programs and projects.
• Provide training and support to finance staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with organization's goal.

Your Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in an accounting role
• Fluent in English and business level Japanese
• Good team player
• CPA or Nissho Boki certified will be added advantage
