Google Cloudの所属し、Sales Specialist Google Workspaceとして、同社が持つ、Google Workplace・ソリューションの提案活動を行っていただきます。
・大手企業、学校、政府機関がGoogle Workspace、検索、ChromeなどのGoogleツールをよりスマートに活用できるように支援。
・Google Workspaceチームの一員として、クラウドベースのコラボレーション、生産性、セキュリティツールを提供することで、企業、法人、教育機関、政府機関などの企業が組織をより効果的に運営し、イノベーションを推進できるよう支援。
・この役割では、担当エリアにおけるGoogle Workspaceの実行戦略を策定し、より広範なセールスチームやパートナーエコシステムと連携し、新しいGoogle Workspaceの機会を見込み、認定、開発、成立までを担当。
・パイプラインを構築し、アカウントチームと協力して顧客ソリューションを構築し、さまざまな機能チームや業種にわたる関係者やIT意思決定者と協力しながら進めていきます。
・重要クライアントに対するアカウントマネジメント業務
・担当顧客【Enterprise】に対する最注力製品を軸にしたソリューション提案
・担当領域での新規開拓営業

As a member of the Google Cloud team you inspire leading companies schools and government agencies to work smarter with Google tools like Google Workspace Search and Chrome. You advocate for the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive collaborative and mobile. Your guiding light is doing what’s right for the customer you will meet customers exactly where they are at and provide them the best solutions for innovation. Using your passion for Google products you help spread the magic of Google to organizations around the world.

As a part of the Google Workspace team you will help businesses such as Enterprise Corporate Education and Government run their organizations more effectively and drive innovation by delivering our cloud based collaboration productivity and security tools.

In this role you will develop an execution strategy for Google Workspace in the assigned market and work with the broader Sales team and partner ecosystem to prospect qualify develop and close new Google Workspace opportunities. You will build a pipeline and work with the account teams to build out the customer solution and with stakeholders and IT decision makers across various functional teams and verticals.

Deliver business and pipeline goals prioritizing the customer experience. Discover and understand customer requirements on a business and technical level.
Prospect qualify develop and establish business opportunities. Develop territory strategies to accelerate the business cycle.
Work with the Google Account teams (e.g. Business Development Customer Engineers) to generate and develop business growth.
Build and maintain executive relationships with customers influence strategic direction and act as an advisor.
Work with Google Partners to scale demand generation and maximize business results in the territory. Provide guidance to develop campaigns to drive pipelines forecast accurately and achieve goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.

Required Skills

【必須】 ・12年以上のITベンダーまたはITソリューションプロバイダーでの直販経験(SaaS / IaaS / PaaS / インフラ / クラウド / セキュリティ / プラットフォーム / etc.) ・ビジネスレベルの英語力 ■Minimum qualifications: ・Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. ・12 years of experience in sales in the technology industry with Software as a ・Service (SaaS) Platform as a Service (PaaS) or Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) products and platforms. ・Experience consulting in cloud based technologies. ・Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently as it is a customer facing role that requires interactions in English and Japanese with local stakeholders and with internal members outside the region. ■Preferred qualifications: ・Experience with sales developing product/solution messaging narratives and value propositions. ・Experience reaching and exceeding goals in the technology industry with SaaS products. ・Excellent organizational project management and problem solving skills.
