◇既存顧客(外資系/日系大手クライアント)との関係維持およびフォローアップ

◇海外拠点や代理店との連携、販売戦略の立案と実行

◇ IT Talent Recruitment and Client Proposals
・Recruitment and hiring of bilingual IT talent, including conducting interviews and document
screening in both Japanese and English.
・Propose suitable candidates to clients and manage the negotiation process, including
coordinating three-party meetings.
・Attend various networking events and career fairs to expand talent networks and secure
bilingual IT professionals.
◇ Sales Activities for Foreign and Domestic Enterprises & New Client Acquisition
・Analyze client demand and formulate sales strategies.
・Identify customer needs and propose our services.
・Create prospect client lists and approach target companies.
◇ Maintain and Strengthen Relationships with Existing Clients (Foreign/Domestic Enterprises)
・Regular communication and meetings with existing clients to build and strengthen trust.
