人事・労務担当として、下記のミッション遂行をお願いいたします。
■業務内容
・労務体制整備・労務対応
・従業員の安心安全を守る労務面の対応全般
・従業員への労務面の教育・ガイダンスなどの設計実施
・社内労務相談への対応
・労務関連オペレーションの実施
・健康管理業務(定期健康診断、ストレスチェック実施管理等)
・入退社対応
・給与計算、
・人事評価・育成関連業務

・給与計算、人事評価の実務経験
・経理部門はマネジメント管轄ではあるものの、ある程度でOK
