Delivery Project Manager (US SaaS Vendor - AI/ML platform)

The Role

Mission:

Create and manage an overall project plan including budget, schedule and resources for one or more our products' engagements. Monitor and report progress and changes against the plan. Ensure a successful implementation by motivating and directing a cross-functional project team comprising software vendors, customers and partners. Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status.

• Participate in every stage of projects, from initial planning to post-implementation support.
• Develop a detailed project plan and ensure all stakeholders agree on the plan, milestones, and timelines.
• Regularly update stakeholders on the project's status as per the agreed schedule.
• Identify any risks and collaborate with stakeholders to create mitigation plans.
• Maintain a detailed log of issues, including estimated resolution times, ownership, and resolution status.

Your Skills

Must have:

• 6-10 years of experience in project management for software products, including experience with development from scratch

Better to have:

• Experience using agile methodology for enterprise implementations
• Project management experience covering the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation will be preferable

Skills

• PMP certification is a plus
• Knowledge of supply chain solutions is a plus
• Strong understanding of project management principles and artifacts
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA), spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), document processing (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs), and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
