業務内容
業務内容:
- 受注データのEDIデータ連携の新規導入顧客対応（メール、電話で顧客と設定内容やスケジュールを調整）。
- EDIデータ連携（受注データ、在庫データ）の運用・保守全般。
- Excelマクロの保守対応。
- バッチ処理、JDE連携など、その他のIT関連作業。

必須経験・スキル:
コミュニケーションスキル:
- 顧客へのコンタクト、調整、取りまとめの経験（メール、電話での仕様やスケジュールの調整、営業ではありません）。
ITスキル:
- WindowsやMS Office製品などの基本的なツールが使用できること。
- 仕様書やシステム構築図が理解できること。
- CSVや固定長ファイルの読み方がわかり、ファイルの修正や作成ができること。
- SQLの基本的な利用（調べながらで可）。
- MS/DOSのコマンド使用やバッチファイルの作成・修正ができること（調べながらで可）。
歓迎経験・スキル:
- サーバへのリモートアクセスでの業務経験。
- EDI連携に関連する業務経験。
- 3～5年程度の業務系システムの運用・保守経験（システムの種類は問わない）。
- 小規模チーム（3名程度）のプロジェクトリード経験。
言語:
- 日本語: ネイティブ
- 英語: ドキュメントやメールの読み書きができれば可。
