Job Description
■業務内容：
- 年間利益予算の策定
- 四半期業績見通しの策定
- 各部門の費用の見通しの集計及びコントロール
- 業績モニタリング(売上動向、費用予算差異分析、生産ラインの稼働状況他)
- 年間予算および中期計画策定のためのシミュレーションモデルの構築サポート
■選考フロー：
1次面接→2次面接→内定 ※選考回数は変更する場合もあります。
■給与補足：
※管理職の場合、残業手当の支給なし。
※経験・年齢等により管理監督者採用となった場合は、残業代の支給はありません。
■昇給：年1回
