Job Description
■業務内容：
海外人事として以下業務をご担当いただきます。
外国籍社員採用業務：
- 候補者との日程調整等選考に関わるコミュニケーション
- 採用における応募書類、英語選考（翻訳および通訳対応）
- 海外採用カンファレンス、海外インターンシップ対応
外国籍社員のオンボーディング、雇用管理：
- 入社前の海外引越、VISA、日本での生活立上げサポート
- 入社時オリエンテーション、入社後のフォローアップ （人事規程、人事連絡等の翻訳対応）
- 外国籍社員の日常的な問合せ対応全般
海外出向者関連：
- 海外出向関連業務における現法人事との連携
- 海外給与計算、その他海外出向者にかかわる業務全般
■選考フロー：
書類選考→1次面接→最終面接→内定
※面接回数は変更となる場合がございます。
■給与補足：
経験、能力等を考慮のうえ当社規定により決定
時間外勤務手当、休日勤務手当、深夜勤務手当、通勤見合等は当社規定に基づき別途支給
■給与改定：年1回
■賞与：年2回（夏・冬）

Required Skills
必須条件：
- 海外出向者関連業務3年、または人事経験（グローバル採用、VISA申請等）を5年以上お持ちの方
- 海外在住経験または、英語、及び日本語での会話やメールのコミュニケーションを業務で行っていた方
- MS Officeソフトの経験のある方
- ネイティブ、またはビジネスレベル以上の日本語力と英語力
歓迎条件：
- SAPを業務で利用されていた方
