Job Description
■業務内容：
- 映画領域の企画担当者として、M&A投資案件の分析、報告、本社審議のためのサポートと取纏め、業界動向の分析・報告、中長期戦略企画の補佐等を担当して頂きます。
- エンタメ経営企画グループの中の3-4名のチームで夫々特定の事業を担当しますが、担当者として国内・海外の各事業のグループ会社との連携を図りながら、分析、報告等の業務を遂行頂く事を想定しています。
- また、グループの事業計画や中期戦略策定、投資審議の全体運営等の経営戦略/企画会議の企画運営チームのメンバーとしても参画頂きます。
■配属先について：
- 多様な経歴を持つ幅広い年齢層のメンバーで構成されています。互いにエンタメ業界の情報や知見を交換しながらチームで分析や報告業務を進めており、女性も活躍しやすい職場です。
- 担当するプロジェクトやイベントにより業務量は変動しますが、テレワークも活用し各自フレキシブルに業務をすすめています。現在はテレワークを基本として月8日を目途に出社しています。
■選考フロー：
書類選考→一次面接（課長クラス）→二次面接（部長クラス）→最終面接（人事部長）
※面接回数は３回となります
■給与補足：
年収は経験や能力を考慮の上、当社規定により決定します。
