Job Description
■業務内容：
- 各事業・各ブランド経営者と直接議論し、物流課題の特定、あるべき姿・課題解決策の検討から実行までを一気通貫でリード頂きます。
- 部門や領域を超え、現状に囚われず世界最高水準の物流業務の実現をリードする、非常に重要かつ挑戦的なポジションです。
■選考フロー：
書類選考→面接（2～3回）→内定
※面接回数は場合により変更になります。

◎グループ内で、複数法人への同時応募が可能です。

必須条件：
- 総合商社／事業会社／コンサルティング会社においてプロジェクトの企画・実行・効果検証を一気通貫でリードし、高い目標を達成した経験
- 経営責任者（諸外国のグループ会社／子会社を含む）として事業改革プロジェクトを一気通貫で実行され、高い目標を達成した経験
歓迎条件：
- サプライチェーン関連の改革プロジェクトに従事され、自らの提案を通じて高い目標を達成したご経験
- 国籍や居住国の異なる多種多様なステークホルダーと協働してプロジェクトを推進し、成功に導いた経験
