＜Scope of Job＞
Responsibility for stabilization local process enhancement training and ongoing support of MORE （SAP S/HANA） cross domain processes for our firm and a foreign base with focus on logistics （inbound outbound EDI warehouse） processes / domains but covering also purchasing production topics up to controlling/reporting （no experience needed here learning by doing）.

＜Main Responsibilities＞
● MORE （the customized S/4 HANA template） Stabilization Enhancement Support Training for logistics domains
・ Provide first level support for SAP MORE.
・ Support the stabilization enhancement of the new MORE template as local process expert cooperate with BJ staff/key users as well as IT / MORE template in specific plants/companies.
・ Support the necessary change management provide functional / technical guidance for the implementation of the new MORE template
・ Ensure alignment optimization harmonization efficiency for all cross legal entity processes data transactions within region Asia 1 （Japan/Thailand）
・ Develop local process documentation and develop manuals in a condensed practical easy to understand manner and addressing processes cross domain/cross functionally.
・ Establish a training program and provide training to local key users and to end users.

● Project support for other Business Units/regions
・ Support other BUs or plants during MORE roll outs as needed and if time permits.
・ Support cross BU learning and know how transfer by applying knowledge obtained at BU3/MBJ.

● Other assignments from superior:
・ Superior may assign specific tasks according to internal and external requirements.
・ Includes review of other （non SAP） business driven applications interfacing with our users and IT as needed.
