Job duty:
- Create the JD and post on job sites/ advertising (LinkedIn, BizReach, Recruit Direct, etc.)
- Sourcing by ourselves (mainly BizReach)
- Managing the hiring managers’ expectations
- HR interviews
- HR offers meetings
- Creating the offers
- Reporting to global HR managers
