Bilingual Digital Designer

In your role as a digital designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of collaborating with other teams to define requirements, iterate on design solutions, and contribute expertise for various digital products.

One of the key aspects of your role is creating digital assets for a wide range of platforms, including websites, social media posts, events, email communications and internal and external facing advertising campaigns at the highest level of craft and execution.

• Ability to discuss, articulating design decisions and presenting ideas, solutions, and demos of the application
• Working directly with developers to implement design solutions
• Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices, UX/UI trends, and web production techniques
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project manager and front-end developer
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into digital products as part of the creative studio

• Excellent understanding of visual design principles
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process (+)
• Experience in the design thinking process, agile development, and lean startup methodologies
• Proactive attitude and strong time management skills delivering to meet deadlines
• Iterate new designs based on user feedback
• Knowledge of Adobe CC
• Excellent skills on prototyping tools. Figma, Sketch, In Vision
• Conscientious, curious, hard-working individual who craves accountability and loves to solve complex problems
• Critical thinking: You have demonstrated experience with UI design and strategic thinking
• Experience with user journeys, wireframing, prototyping/animation techniques, and working closely with developers and fellow creative studio members
