［業務内容］ Responsibilities
•    民間旅客機エンジンプログラムにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント業務
•    社内取りまとめ、会議進行
•    プロジェクトスケジュール管理、進捗のフォローアップ、及びスケジュール作成
•    社内や顧客に対する説明資料の作成
•    進捗状況の見える化を通じて、コミュニケーションの促進
•    小プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント、進捗状況の上司への報告
•    議事録の作成、アクションの抽出、及びそれらの進捗状況のフォローアップ
  
•    Project management of commercial airline engine programs.
•    Internal coordination and meeting facilitation
•    Project schedule management, follow-up of progress and schedule preparation.
•    Prepare explanatory documents for internal use as well as for the customers.
•    Facilitating communication through visualization of progress.
•    Project management in small projects and reporting of progress to superiors.
•    Prepare minutes, identify actions and follow up on their progress.

［応募条件］Requirements

■必須要件■ Must Have           
•    航空/自動車部品の設計経験を持つ機械エンジニア
•    効果的なスケジュール管理と進捗フォローアップの実施能力
•    見やすい資料作成スキルと進捗状況の見える化能力
•    チーム内外とのコミュニケージョン、及びファシリテーションスキル
•    社内規定やプロジェクト実施要領に沿ったプロジェクトの遂行能力
•    英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（ライティング、スピーキング、ヒアリング）

•    Mechanical Engineer with design experience in Aero/Automotive parts
•    Ability to effectively manage schedules and follow up on progress.
•    Ability to prepare easy-to-read documents and visualize progress.
•    Ability to communicate and facilitate within and outside the team.
•    Ability to carry out projects in accordance with internal regulations and project implementation guidelines.
•    English communication skills (writing, speaking and listening)

■尚可要件■ Good to Have
•    製造業におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
•    SharePointを使った情報共有の経験
•    Microsoft Projectを使ったプロジェクトスケジュール管理の経験
•    プロジェクトマネジメントプロフェッショナル (PMP) 資格や、それに類似するプロジェクトマネジメントの資格

•    Project management experience in the manufacturing industry
•    Experience in information sharing using SharePoint
•    Experience in project scheduling using Microsoft Project
•    Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification or similar project management qualification

•    日本語力‐ ネイティブレベル
•    英語力‐ 日常会話レベル

•    Japanese – Native Level
