Job Description

kOn the Creative Team, it’s our job to make people excited about  and help them

understand how our products work. You will constantly elevate the creative work to meet the

ambition of the brand while delivering outstanding business results. Everything you work on will

be designed to reinforce the brand, drive awareness and understanding of our products, and advance the overall our business. We are an experienced, award-winning,

full-service creative team. Examples of what we do include copy, art direction, design, web

strategy and design, video, photography, production, and operations. You will partner closely

with our insights, brand, product, and channel teams to create innovative work. Additionally, you

should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative, data-driven, cross-functional

organization.

Were looking for an experienced Senior Art Director to help lead and manage our team and

creative campaigns in a variety of mediums. On a day to day basis, youll collaborate with the

rest of the creative team to launch initiatives across all aspects of the company, externally as

well as internally.

● 10+ years of relevant experience

● Multi-disciplinary experience: campaigns, interactive, branding, digital, social, video, print

● Experience managing and mentoring teams: lead and mentor a diverse team of art

directors, designers, copywriters

● Generate ideas based on briefs and assignments from a variety of business units and

stakeholders

● Deep understanding of the market and can speak to our clients and the industry about

our content, craft, and trends

● Art direct and manage output across key projects, ensuring each project deliverable is of

the highest quality

● Ability to visualize concepts and deliver campaigns from concept to execution

● Strong creative design sense for aspirational brands

● Expert knowledge of creative process and project management

● Video and photo shoot experience

● Highly organized and able to work with a broad team of cross-functional stakeholders

● Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources
