We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee our staffing services business unit. The business unit hires and dispatches IT & AV engineers, to our clients around the APAC region to work at those clients full-time typically on a fix term. Our clients are foreign multi-national companies operating in the APAC region and often require specialized bilingual engineers.
The ideal candidate will have a background in staffing, recruitment, and business management. As the Manager of the staffing services business unit, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, developing business strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions to our clients as well as high-quality support services to the engineers.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of recruiters and staffing specialists to meet client requirements and business objectives.
2. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, expand market reach, and increase revenue for the staffing services business unit.
3. Collaborate with senior management to set goals, define key performance indicators, and monitor performance metrics to track progress.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and development.
6. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to staffing services and employment practices.
7. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
8. Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for the staffing services business unit.
9. Develop, maintain, improve policies which improve the support services we provide to our staff who have been dispatched. This includes assistance with career development planning, experience and career opportunities for
10. Assist sales team in managing client relationships and also in setting expectations (of the client) around the difficulties of recruiting specialist bilingual engineers in APAC.

Knowledge,Skills & Abilities Required:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR management, with at least a combined 5 years in managerial roles.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
5. In-depth knowledge of staffing industry trends, recruitment strategies, and best practices.
6. Ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and drive business performance.
7. Some experience in using recruitment software, CRM (Salesforce) systems, and other tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
