美容サロンの開業や出店を検討しているサロンオーナーに対して、店舗物件の紹介やファイナンスサポートなどを担当いただきます。パートナーという立ち位置でサロンオーナーの方々のご支援をお願いします。ご経験を積んだ後、M＆Aや事業譲渡などの事業拡大支援もご担当いただくことも可能です。
・サロン用店舗の賃貸やリース物件提案(居抜きやスケルトン物件)
・内覧同行
・契約手続き(申し込み手続き、契約内容の調整・締結、物件引き渡し)
・物件情報の仕入、現地調査
・開業や出店に伴う資金面のコンサルティング
・成約後のアフターフォロー
