IT Business Analyst

you will be responsible for the following duties.

1. Business relations group work

• Support information coordination within the team and projects in charge as a PMO.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with business owners and key users in other departments.
• Collaborate with operations and development groups to resolve incidents that occur on a daily basis.

2. System solution design work

• After understanding and verbalizing user requests, we design and propose appropriate systems.
• Work with the development group to design new systems and functional enhancements to existing systems.
• We provide support for system management, performance tuning, security diagnosis, and design that takes scalability into consideration.

3. System development work

• Propose new systems and improvements to existing systems in cooperation with the development group.
• Test the functionality of developed applications, work with the development group to eliminate errors, and verify and ensure that all functionality meets user requirements.
• Assist in the creation and coordination of user acceptance testing and user training plans.
• Perform change management and source control according to system development process management procedures.

4. Application support operations

• Resolve technical issues related to system implementation, application issues
• Collaborate with external partners to improve systems and provide user support
• Create system implementation related materials and user manuals

Desired skills and experience

■Prerequisites:
　•Understand system design, IT infrastructure, and database concepts
　• Experience in developing hospital operations management systems and surgical management systems
　• Experience in project development regarding ERP systems
　• Experience with:
　　- VB
　　- MS SQL
      - Server
　　- ASP.net (C#.net, VB.net)
　• Experience in developing data linkage functions between multiple systems
　• Experience in job management
　• Experience in interviewing internal and external users (hospital staff)

• Must have clear and concise communication skills.
• Can communicate well with users and IT members.
• Can support multiple tasks flexibly and quickly.　
• Have an engineering background and can think theoretically.
