<人事業務> ■人事部(インド人マネージャー含む5名)の管理業務(業務進捗管理、課題解決・報告業務) ■人事制度・社内イベントの企画など福利厚生見直し ■現場の班長クラスの不満を吸い上げ、風通しのいい職場環境作り、社内教育体制の構築 その他詳細は面談にて、お伝え致します。
部署自体は20名程、内日本人駐在員1名、現地採用2名。 これまで現地採用で1-3年就業後に駐在員として採用実績数名あり。 優秀な方には本社社員登用後、日本や他国での就業も可能。 日本人マネージャーは50代男性。20代~30代の現地採用社員が活躍中。
