ドイツ系大手フォワーダーの日本支社にて海上輸入業務全般をお任せいたします。海外拠点とのやり取りも頻繫に発生することから語学力を活かして頂ける就業環境です。
【業務詳細】
- 海上輸出に係る業務全般（受注、データ入力、見積り作成・請求書発行、貿易書類手配、SI・船積依頼書/VGM・総重量確定情報、AN作成、追跡、国内配送手配など）
- システムへ入力するデータの正確性と顧客へ報告する情報の管理全般
- 他のチーム（営業/プライシング/経理）とうまく連携しながら、SOP・標準作業手順書に従い貨物が円滑に取り扱われるよう管理
- 各ジョブファイルのP&Lを精査し、問題（損失/高コスト）がある場合は報告
- 顧客、運送業者、ベンダー、および関係各所と効率的なコミュニケーションを図り、貨物がタイムリーかつ適切に取り扱われることを確認
- 直属上司の指示によるその他業務
