Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our automotive embedded software team. You will develop embedded software for in-vehicle communication protocols, ensuring seamless audio control integration within automotive networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze customer requirements in early development stages.
- Design, implement, and debug embedded software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (core development, QA, etc.).
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with product definitions.
- Analyze technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and global BOSE teams.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle (requirement, design, implementation, testing).

Required Skills
Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong programming skills in C/C++.
- Experience with embedded RTOS (Vector OSEK/VDX, AUTOSAR).
- Familiarity with CAN communication software development.
- Proficiency in static/dynamic code analysis.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, protocol loggers, etc.).
- Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Subversion, JIRA).
- Ability to read schematics and data sheets for peripheral components.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
- Strong time management and ability to work independently.
