- 通訳（社長とは中国語での会話となります）
- 議事録作成
- 会食のセッティング
- 飛行機予約
- メール、電話対応
- 簡単な資料作成（Word、Excel、PowerPoint使用）
- 営業への指示 等
＜組織構成＞13名（社長（50代）、社長補佐、営業、事務計）
中国語と日本語両方を話せる者が多く、日常的に中国語での会話もある。
＜服装＞オフィスカジュアル、スーツ
