・Formulation and implementation of asset management strategy for owned assets
- Budget formulation, budget management, lease strategy formulation, contract management, KPI management, ESG-related certification acquisition, etc.
・Execution of acquisition of properties developed by sponsors and third-party properties
- Portfolio strategy Execution of investment based on / Construction of property inclusion scheme
- Inclusion in bridge scheme / Execution of contract / Coordination with sponsors and related departments
