海上輸出オペレーションにてLCLまたはFCLをご担当頂きます。
海上輸出オペレーション（LCL）
- Shipper様・海外現地オフィス・船社・CFS等各所とのコミュニケーション
- 社内カスタマーサービス部などとのBooking内容の確認、スケジュールの調整
- 船社へのbooking、お客様へのbooking confirmation案内
- 自社混載のスケジュール調整、CFSとのやり取り
- 外注先（海外）への書類作成指示
- 出港後24時間以内に必要書類（BAL検体の発行、輸送会社のOBL
- 指示、VGMおよびセキュリティ申告、売上請求書）を発行し、正確に提出・発行する
- 船社への支払い処理
- 月末処理
海上輸出オペレーション（FCL）
- Shipper様・KN現地オフィス・船社等各所とのコミュニケーション
- 社内カスタマーサービス部などとのBooking内容の確認、スケジュールの調整
- 船社へのbooking、お客様へのbooking confirmation案内
- 外注先（海外）への書類作成指示
- 船社への支払い処理
- 月末処理
