東京アメリカンクラブは国内有数の国際的なプライベートクラブです。スイミングプログラムの指導、安全確保、10名のスタッフチームの管理を担当するアクアティックス部門のマネージャーを募集しています。　ウォーターセーフティや教育、リーダーシップに関する専門知識が求められます。

The Tokyo American Club is hiring a Head of Aquatics to lead swim programs, ensure safety, and manage a team of 10 staff members. The role requires expertise in water safety, swim education, and leadership.

Responsibility

• - Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the aquatics facilities.
  - Recruit and train lifeguards and pool office staff
  - Implement strategies to enhance the overall member experience.
  - Develop and enhance coach and oversee swim programs and events for club members of all ages.
  - Maintain pool cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of all pool equipment and facilities.
  - Develop and control annual budget for the aquatics department.

Working Hours

週5日（土日祝日を含む）5：30～22：15のうち実働7.5時間

5days / week Actual 7.5 hrs/day between 5:30am-22:15pm(Including weekends/ National holidays)

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Physical Education, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience in pool management or a related field.
• Must be certified in first aid, CPR and lifesaving courses from a recognized Life Guarding Association.
• Strong knowledge of pool equipment and maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Proven track records and experience in managing and the budget for operation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and national holidays.
•　Strong leadership, communication and people skills required. History of working in any hospitality field is a plus.
• Advanced level or above English both writing and speaking. Basic Japanese is a plus.
• Hands-on experience of MS Office applications.

- レクリエーション管理、体育、または関連分野の学士号取得者優遇。
- プールマネージャーまたは関連分野で3年以上の経験があること。
- プールの設備やメンテナンス、安全プロトコルに関する知識が豊富であること。
- 公認ライフガード協会でライフガード、応急手当、救命講習の資格を取得していること。
- 運営予算の管理、実績のある方。
- ホスピタリティ分野での勤務経験があれば尚可。
- 早朝、夜間、週末、祝日を含むフレキシブルな勤務が可能な方。
- ライティング、スピーキングともに上級レベル以上の英語力。基本的な日本語ができれば尚可。
- MS Officeアプリケーションの実務経験。
