- 社内の管理システムでの注文の作成／受領から最終目的地への配送に至るまで、輸入業務のあらゆる側面の調整と管理を行う。
- 輸入に際して必要な書類の手配・管理
- グループ運営ITシステム、サポートツールの効果的な活用により、顧客および輸出取扱事務所（EHO）の満足度を高いレベルで維持する。
- コストと効率の最適なレベルで出荷オーダーを管理、監視、活用し、顧客の要求が常に満たされるようにする。
- 顧客、サービス・プロバイダー、海外オフィスや代理店と効果的な関係を築き、顧客のニーズに応える。
