業務内容

  • 人事戦略:会社の目標に合った人事戦略の立案・実行;ハイパフォーマンス文化の醸成
  • タレントマネジメント:採用、オンボーディング、人材・能力開発プログラムの統括
  • ER:従業員のフィードバック・苦情への対処、公正な労働慣行の確保、ポジティブな職場作り
  • コンプライアンス/人事方針:国内外の規制やグローバルスタンダードを満たす人事ポリシーの策定・改善、コンプライアンスや倫理を大切にする組織作り
  • 海外との協業:ベストプラクティスの共有や人事へのアプローチに関する議論をなど、海外のHR部門と協業すること

Head of HR Position with a global company

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs to attract and retain top talents.
  • Employee Relations: Create a positive workplace environment by handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensuring fair employment practices.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local regulations and global standards, fostering a compliant and ethical workplace.
  • Global Collaboration: Collaborate with HR counterparts globally to share best practices, ensuring consistency in HR approaches across the organization.

General Requirements

Minimum Experience Level Over 10 years
Career Level Executive
Minimum English Level Fluent
Minimum Japanese Level Native
Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree
Visa Status Permission to work in Japan required
