＜海上輸出・輸入業務＞
主にコンテナ船による日本―中国等アジア地域、および欧州・北米地域間の輸送に係る下記業務をお任せいたします。
- 貨物のトラッキング、トレーシング、通関関係書類発行＆確認、請求書発行＆確認
- 船舶スペースのブッキング受付
- 海外代理店や支社とのコレポン
- 顧客、輸送業者、エンドレシーバー、関連する社内関係者との調整。
- トラブルシューティングと緊急対応
- 各代理店の船社システム上のコンテナの動静入力の監督。
- コンテナ動静にミスがある際の、システム上での修正。
- コンテナのリース期間やone way 使用の管理。
ご入社時は企業のグローバル規定に基づき契約社員としての雇用となります。年に1度査定があり、パフォーマンス等に基づき正社員雇用への移行を検討するものとなります。
