お客様との良好な関係を維持しながら、様々な販売チャネルを通じて通関サービスの売上、収益、売上総利益向上を促進する役割を担っていただきます。
- リードを創出し、コールドコール、ネットワーク活動、紹介を通じて新規顧客にアプローチする。
- 新規顧客および既存顧客との強固な関係を構築・発展させ、定期的なフォローアップを実施する。
- 他マネージャーや他部署と協力し、クロスセリング活動を強化する。
- 顧客との契約や料金契約の交渉、業務、販売実績の管理、社内ポリシーや外部規制の遵守の徹底。
- CRMシステムの顧客情報を維持・更新する。
