仕事内容
- 半導体製造装置(ワイヤーボンダー、主にウェッジボンダー)の納入、立上げ、検収立ち合い(国内、日本顧客の海外工場の場合もあり)
- 客先または社内での装置のオペレーション、メンテナンス、プロセストレーニングの実施
- ワイヤーボンディング、超音波溶接のプロセス開発
- 装置不具合のトラブルシューティング
- 搬送やワーク固定方法など要求仕様確認と提案
- 取扱説明書、手順書、仕様書などの英語-日本語間の翻訳
- 展示会での訪問客へ装置やプロセスの説明
- ワークライフバランスに配慮した業務遂行が可能
