ビークルテスト & バリデーション エンジニア Vehicle Test & Validation Engineer

主な業務内容 / Main Responsibilities
システム要求をカバーしたテストケース・テスト方法の立案や検証計画の作成、要求通りにシステムが動いているかどうかの実車にての確認、テストレポートの作成、顧客の車両テストのサポートをしていただきます。
You will be responsible for planning test cases and test methods covering system requirements, creating verification plans, checking with actual vehicles whether the system is working as required, creating test reports,and supporting customer vehicle testing.

• 顧客プロジェクトの検証活動のリード / Lead verification activities for client projects
• グローバルバリデーションチームやその他の主要なステークホルダーとの連携と関係構築 / Collaborate and build relationships with the global validation team and other key stakeholders
• テストプロトコル/テストレポートの作成と検証 / Creation and validation of test protocols/test reports
• テスト結果および担当プロジェクトの状況報告 / Report on test results and status of assigned projects
• 顧客要件に応じた試験方法の開発、実施、修正 / Develop, implement, and modify test methods to meet customer requirements
• 技術文書、試験記録、試験装置の管理 / Maintain technical documentation, test records, and test equipment
• バリデーション活動に関する JOEM 顧客とのインターフェイスの担当 / Responsible for interfacing with JOEM customers regarding validation activities

必須 / Must

• 日本の自動車運転免許 / Japanese Driver's License
• Matlab、C 言語、CAN などの使用経験 / Experience in using Matlab, C, CAB etc.
• 製品開発プロセスの知識(ASpice) / Knowledge for product development process (ASpice)
• 製品バリデーションプロセスに関する知識 / Knowledge of the product validation process
• 自発的に行動し、結果を出すことに強い熱意を持っている方 / Self-motivated and have a strong passion for achieving results
• 自身の行動に対して高い責任感を持ち、オーナーとして行動できる方 / High responsibility for own actions and able to act like an owner
• 車が好きであること / Being a car enthusiast

推奨 / Recommended

• 工学修士号、または学士号取得後、関連する実務経験を有する方 / Master’s degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s degree with relevant years of experience
• 整備経験 / Experience in automotive maintenance
• 技術報告およびサマリーに関する能力(レーダー製品の経験のある方 優遇) / Ability to provide technical reports and summaries (experience with radar products preferred)
• 顧客対応経験 / Customer interface experience
• 英語と日本語でのコミュニケーション能力 (どちらかがビジネスレベルであれば他方は日常会話レベルで可) / Ability to communicate in English and Japanese (If one of them is at business level, the other can be at daily conversational level)
