業務内容

• 現場評価の実施、建物が持続可能性目標に合致しているかどうかの確認
• クライアントとの環境評価格付けの達成基準の決定
• 詳細なビルユーティリティ・データの管理（クライアントのレポーティング要件達成やESGパフォーマンス向上を支援）
• ESG戦略の策定に貢献し、クライアントのために社内手法を用いたプログラムを調整すること

A fast-growing global consulting firm seeking a skilled Sustainability & Energy Analyst

Roles/Responsibilities

• Perform on-site evaluations, ensuring buildings align with sustainability targets
• Collaborate with clients to establish criteria for achieving environmental assessment ratings
• Manage granular building utility data, aiding clients in meeting reporting requirements and enhancing ESG performance
• Contribute to ESG strategy development, tailoring programs using our internal methodology for clients

必須条件

• 持続可能性、環境科学、地理学、工学、または関連分野の学士号
• 持続可能性の基礎と気候変動問題に関する包括的な知識
• 持続可能性の世界的な動向や規制の知識
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力
• データ分析力、またその経験
• 日本語（母国語でない場合はN1レベル）、およびビジネス英語

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, geography, engineering, or related disciplines
• Comprehensive knowledge of sustainability fundamentals and climate change issues, staying abreast of global trends and regulations
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients
• Advanced analytical capabilities, with experience in data analysis
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business English
