経営陣と共に議論・検討しながら、人事責任者としてお一人で幅広い業務を担当頂きます。(採用、人材育成、組織開発、人事評価、キャリア開発、組織文化の醸成、労務関連業務など、中長期的な組織戦略など)
・採用:採用計画の立案や、採用手法、オンボーディングの設計などについて、必要に応じて軌道修正の提言や、経営層に向けての報告や提案。
・人材育成:会社の成長と企業理念に基づいた、社員の育成プラン(階層別研修、ハラスメント研修など)の設計。
・労務関連:労務関連業務を社労士や弁護士などと共に対応。
