Summary:
Seeking a SW Project Manager with about 8+ years of experience in project management
> Strong technical background
> Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
Responsibilities include Agile project management, defining project scope and goals, managing project plans, communicating with stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and analyzing risks.
Bachelor's degree required
Project management certification preferred. (any)
Experience in call center solutions, software development, and infrastructure products delivery is a plus, but NOT a requirement
