• 人事メンバーの育成・指導、キャリア支援
• 経営目標を支える組織変革イニシアチブの推進・支援
• 従業員のエンゲージメントとパフォーマンスを高める革新的な人事戦略の策定・実施
• プロセス最適化、パフォーマンスマネジメント、人材開発など、各種人事プロジェクトのリード
• グローバルな環境で人事オペレーションをまとめること
• 海外の同僚と連携し、一貫性のあるグローバルなHRスタンダードを導入すること

Senior HR Manager

Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Develop, mentor, and guide HR professionals to ensure their growth and alignment with the company's objectives.
• Drive and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and implement innovative HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
• Lead HR projects focused on process optimization, performance management, and talent development.
• Utilize your experience in managing HR operations within a global context.
• Collaborate with international counterparts to implement global HR standards and ensure consistency across regions.

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR team management and leading transformation projects, preferably within financial services.
• Strong understanding of global HR practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A proactive and adaptive approach to managing change in a diverse and global environment.
