  • 従業員のパフォーマンスとエンゲージメントを高めるインセンティブ・プログラム(賞与、株式含む)の導入
  • 福利厚生プログラム(健康、ウェルネス、退職金など)の設計・運用

HR Planning Manager - Total Rewards/C&B

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Design & Development: Lead the design and development of comprehensive Total Rewards strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to maintain a competitive advantage in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Incentive Programs: Oversee the implementation of incentive programs, including bonus and equity plans, to drive employee performance and engagement.
  • Benefits Management: Manage the design and administration of the company's C&B programs, including health, wellness, and retirement benefits.
