• Assist Captain/Manager to constantly achieve sales and MS targets
• Responsible for the cleanliness of stations
• Check and supervise a proper set-up and ensure sufficient mise en place for outlet.
• Maintain the adherence to F&B policies and service standards by demonstrating leadership
   
• 売り上げ目標、メンバー満足度達成の為にキャプテン/マネージャーをサポート
• レストラン内の衛生管理に努める
• レストラン内が適切にセッティングされているか管理監督する
• リーダーシップを持って料飲部門ポリシー、サービスの維持に努める

• Experience More than 2 years experience
• English Advance -level
• Japanese Intermediate level
• Character: Energetic, outgoing and people-oriented
