Job Description
シリコーンモノマーの技術エリアを主としEHS(環境・安全衛生）を配慮した以下のエンジニアリング業務を担当します。
・設備計画/予算/導入/改善管理、プロセス・生産能力の効率向上、製品品質
・コストの改善、新規技術/プロセス導入やプログラムの計画・実行
・原材料から生産までのエンジニアリングのプロセス管理全般
・法的要件および内部規則に基づいた製造現場の改善・サポート
