仕事内容:
ポレーヌの日本旗上店である、東京　表参道店での勤務になります。
販売チームは約10人で、ストアマネージャーのもとで働いていただきます。
弊社東京店舗の在庫に関する以下の業務に携わっていただきます

You will be working at Polène's flagship store in Japan, Omotesando, Tokyo, work with a sales team of about 10 people, under the Store Manager. You will be involved in the following tasks related to the inventory of our Tokyo store

・ブランド及び会社にとって重要なバリューを伝えるアンバサダーとして業務を 遂行する
・在庫管理および棚卸業務
・ヨーロッパからの商品の配送管理と保管管理
・日常業務として在庫数の確認および店舗での商品の配送管理
・システム上での在庫等についての管理
・店頭の表側の在庫と裏の在庫を管理し、お客様の求めるストックを速やかに店頭に運ぶ。

・Act as an ambassador to convey the important values ​​of the brand and company
・Inventory management and stocktaking
・Delivery and storage management of products from Europe
・Checking stock levels and managing product deliveries to the store as part of your daily duties
・Managing inventory on the system, etc.
・Manage the inventory in the front and back of the store, and quickly deliver the stock that customers want to the store.

勤務時間/Working hours
シフト制（8時間）：週５日勤務、2日休み
8 hours shift, 5 days a week

・ラグジュアリー(apparel, fashion, jewelry, hotel, etc...)での在庫管理経験 ※付加価値の高いサービス経験や高価格商材の取り扱い経験

・対人コミュニケーションスキルと説得力があり、また細かい業務も徹底して取り組める方

これらのスキルは職務を遂行する上でも、ストア従業員間の良いチームワークを保つためにも重要となります。
その他スキル : Excel、 Word等の基
 

・Luxury(apparel, fashion, jewelry, hotel, etc...) experience required
・Experience in inventory management, planning skills, and thoroughness in detailed tasks
・ Highly conscious of achieving results and the ability to make proposals regarding sales and marketing
・Interpersonal communication skills and persuasiveness, and thoroughness in detailed tasks

These skills are important for carrying out the job and for maintaining good teamwork among store employees.

Other skills: Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, etc.
