Job Description
【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
- Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies and techniques for regional roles
- Work together with key stakeholders and people partners to understand and deliver on talent acquisition needs
- Develop and manage process for talent benchmarking, assessment and interview
- Understand business strategy and critical requirements for targeted search and pipelines
- Develop localized employment marketing initiatives and referral programs for the region
- Manage external agencies effectively and drive performance improvement
- Adherence to best practice recruiting policies and process including internal recruitment
- Streamline all backend activities, workday, pre-boarding documentation
- Paly a key roles as a project member within APAC and Global TA
【REQUIREMENTS】
- Must be fluent in Japanese, English and Korean
- Relevant technology experience and capability
- Understanding of local/ regional requirements and legislation as pertains to talent acquisition
