【業務内容】
- ERPシステムの導入に向けた計画化支援/要件定義/システム設計、開発/プロジェクト管理業務
- 欧米系の企業が日本市場へ参入する際に日本支店で必要となるERPシステムの導入
- ERPシステム導入後のシステム運用・保守

Required Skills
■ 必須スキル・経験
- ERP関連プロジェクト(特にDynamics 365 Finance, SCM)やアジャイル開発プロジェクトの経験（3年以上）各フェーズの経験（要件定義、設計・開発、テスト、ユーザ教育、Go-live）
- ERP含む業務システムのアプリケーション運用・保守経験（3年以上）
- Excel／PowerPointの基本的なスキル(課題、スケジュール管理および顧客への説明資料作成など)
- 文書および会話における優れた日本語力、英語力を備えている。海外の方については、日本語能力試験2級（JLPT N2）以上の日本語能力を有すること
