・プロダクトとユーザーとのインターフェース窓口となるWebフロントエンドの開発
・Webフロントエンドを中心に、プロダクトの向上又は、新規プロダクト/機能の設計・実装・レビュー・テスト・運用保守など
・チームの生産性やプロダクトの品質向上を目的とした、各種自動化やObservabilityの向上、プロセスの整備、ドキュメントの執筆
・チーム状況に応じて、メンバーのメンタリング・コーチング
